POSTA ARIGNANO is the name of the ancient farm that stands in the center of the “Coppanetta” estate where, in ancient times, travelers who crossed the lands of Daunia and very often also the shepherds in transhumance from nearby Abruzzo found refreshment. Today the farm is surrounded by about 30 hectares. of vineyards that give rise to most of our labels.

Vinification and aging: after crushing and destemming, the must remains in contact with the skins for about 10 days. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is aged in tanks for about 5 months and, after bottling, for another month in the bottle, before being marketed.
