CATAPANUS was the name of the ancient provincial delegate of the emperor, in charge of the military and civil government of the whole of southern Italy in the Byzantine period. To this authoritative figure we wanted to dedicate our most important white grape variety of our territory: the BOMBINO BIANCO

Grapes: Bombino bianco 100%
