POSTA ARIGNANO is the name of the ancient farm that stands in the center of the “Coppanetta” estate where, in ancient times, travelers who crossed the lands of Daunia and very often also the shepherds in transhumance from nearby Abruzzo found refreshment. Today the farm is surrounded by about 30 hectares. of vineyards that give rise to most of our labels.

Characteristics of the vineyard: extension of 5 hectares. Planted in 1973 with a density of 1,800 plants / Ha. “Apulian tent” training system

Vinification and aging: The pressing takes place with the aid of pneumatic presses and is followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks, at a constant temperature of 15 ° C, for about 20 days.
After fermentation, the wine is aged in the tank for about 5 months and, after bottling, for another month in the bottle, before being marketed
