DAMMITEMPO is our tribute to an Apulian native grape mostly grown in the southern Puglia, but cultivated in the past in the Vineyards of our area.

Vineyards: 3,5 Ha. planted in 1999 with a density of 3.800 vines/Ha.

Winemaking and ageing:Traditional winemaking style with submerged-cup maceration to helps a good color extraction and aromatic notes. The temperature remains constant at about 18 ° C.
