Winemaking and ageing:Traditional winemaking style with submerged-cup maceration to helps a good color extraction and aromatic notes. The temperature remains constant at about 18 ° C. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barriques to stabilize the color and sweeten the presence of tannins. Following a short aging in bottle before release
