- The DAMMIROSE wine comes from the desire to give another great expression of grapevine NERO DI TROIA ,one of the most appreciated Apulian native varietal.
In fact also in Rosè , the Nero di Troia exalts the typical floral and fruity notes, particularly of white roses and cherry.

Vineyards: 2,5 Ha. planted in 1973 with a density of 1.800 vines/Ha.

Yield: 80 q.li/Ha
Winemaking and ageing: The winemaking process follows the white protocol : soft press and decanted at low temperature before a long fermentation with controlled temperature
