    • The DAMMIROSE wine comes from the desire to give another great expression of grapevine NERO DI TROIA ,one of the most appreciated Apulian native varietal.
      In fact also in Rosè , the Nero di Troia exalts the typical floral and fruity notes, particularly of white roses and cherry.
    • Appellation: PUGLIA I.G.P. ROSÈ
    • Grapes: Nero di Troia 50% Montepulciano 50%
    • Production area: “Coppanetta” estate – San Severo countryside
    • Vineyards: 2,5 Ha. planted in 1973 with a density of 1.800 vines/Ha.
    • Training system: pergola pugliese
    • Soil: clay and limestone
    • Yield: 80 q.li/Ha
    • Winemaking and ageing: The winemaking process follows the white protocol : soft  press and decanted at low temperature before a long fermentation with controlled temperature
