The DAMMIROSE wine comes from the desire to give another great expression of grapevine NERO DI TROIA ,one of the most appreciated Apulian native varietal.
In fact also in Rosè , the Nero di Troia exalts the typical floral and fruity notes, particularly of white roses and cherry.

Winemaking and ageing: The winemaking process follows the white protocol : soft press and decanted at low temperature before a long fermentation with controlled temperature
