S. SEVERO D.O.C. WHITE

    • POSTA ARIGNANO is the name of the old farmhouse located in the middle of the “Coppanetta” estate where, in ancient times, the travellers and the shepherds used to have a stop for food and rest. Today, the farmhouse is surrounded by about 25 hectares of vineyards, where we produce most of our labels.
    • Appellation: SAN SEVERO D.O.C. White
    • Grapes: Bombino b. 50%,Trebbiano 40%, malvasia 10%
    • Production area: “Coppanetta” estate – San Severo countryside
    • Vineyards: 5 Ha. planted in 1973 with a density of 1.800 vines/Ha.
    • Training system: pergola pugliese
    • Soil: clay and limestone
    • Yield: 120 q.li/Ha
    • Winemaking and ageing: Soft pressed and decanted at low temperature. Stainless steel tank fermentation at 15°C for 20 days. After the fermentation the wine is aged. For 5 months in tank and for 1 month in bottle
