The white bombino is suitable for the production of sparkling wines, thanks to its acidity which allows to obtain fresh and fragrant wines. The PEPITO’S is the proof: Fresh and delicate, characterized by a pleasant effervescence is well chilled as an aperitif, but also a nice match with dishes based on fish and shellfish.
